Elementary students are using these Evo Ozobots, an engaging and great screen-free teaching device, to develop computational thinking and learn block coding.
Headsets
Headsets with microphones are needed so that in-class and remote students could hear their teachers clearly. A microphone headset is provided for each classroom teacher in the District.

Colby, the programmable robot mouse will introduce children to coding and sequencing as children build a maze and then program Colby to reach the cheese. Includes one 12-set activity kit.

5th grade students will use 2020 World Almanacs and Poor Richard’s Almanacs to uncover fascinating facts and learn to read various data formats on a myriad of topics.
Mindfulness for All
Mindfulness will be taught through counseling, health, and/or teacher directed lessons using books, activity cards, 10 Tibetan singing bowls, a classroom set of yoga mats, and Kindness Rocks materials. (awarded to Patricia Gasparini for Woodruff school)
